Return Policy

At Sanpleno, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@sanpleno.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@sanpleno.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank for processing times.
