Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
